The Construction Manager brings the construction site and office together in one app — developed in collaboration with a real-world construction company, for teams of 5 to 15 people.
ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
• Time tracking with a punch clock — the appropriate construction site is suggested via GPS (opt-in)
• Construction site documentation: photos, plans, sketches, notes, defects, and daily reports
• Material retrieval via barcode scan or photo
• Deployment plan and logbook for company vehicles
IN THE OFFICE
• Quotes, orders, and invoices — including dunning and email delivery
• Photograph receipts instead of typing them in: amount, supplier, and category are automatically recognized
• Review and approve timesheets, bill for services rendered, post-calculation for each construction site
• Accounting with bank import, travel expenses with mileage allowance, inventory with minimum stock alerts
