Was enjoying this game until it refused to credit the winnings made from the retro event a couple days ago. I had won the event by a lot, and reached every required money threshold for prizes. App was off when the event ended and there was nothing. it was like I hadn't played it at all. But I have the receipts for in-event purchases. And the support feature makes it impossible to submit a ticket for the issue. At this point, it feels like it stole money from me.

Okay gameplay that's nonsensical on paper. When has anyone ever paid the fruit department cashier, then vegetable, then the final cashier? Either make a farmer's market with separate stalls, or make the upgrades make sense. I like a degree of realism; I like strategy more. This has neither. Also, the game opened with a cut scene of a woman walking directly through a car. Shows the attention for detail they've got. I'm not hating the gameplay loop, but it's a cluttered cash/ad-grab of a UI.

The game is okay but the feature REQUIRING you to level up the managers restricts gameplay a lot, and the fact you can only open a card pack every 5 minutes (and then watch a 45s advertisement that might just be outright adult content) is just so demoralizing. looking at it from a game design standpoint it should be so much easier to level up the managers if you want to integrate them this much, because it's really easy to get stuck at this stopping point.
