3D Project — Calculate Costs, Prices, and Profitability of Your 3D Prints

If you print on commission or sell your parts, the price you set is often based on "more or less." With 3D Project, you stop guessing: each project becomes a clear breakdown of your costs, your price, and your profit.

CALCULATE EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS
In a step-by-step wizard, you define: project details (name, quantity, photos), printing (printer, duration in hours and minutes, material weight, waste, and failure rate), electricity (consumption and cost calculated based on your printer's power), accessories, labor, and other costs. Then you choose how to set the price: margin, markup, fixed price, or fixed profit, including taxes and platform fees if you sell on a marketplace. Finally, you see the complete breakdown: production cost, suggested price, profit, and margin.

YOUR INVENTORY DEDUCTS ITSELF
Register your filament spools: type, color, brand, supplier, price, and how many grams you have left. When you save a project, the app automatically subtracts the grams used from each spool and notifies you if you're running low or if a spool is empty. This way, you know when to refill and avoid wasting material without tracking it.

PRINTERS WITH REAL COSTS
Upload your printers (FDM, SLA, MSLA, or other) with their power, hourly maintenance cost, purchase price, and depreciation based on useful hours. The cost of each print reflects the actual wear and tear on your machine, not just the filament.

BUSINESS REPORTS AND SCENARIOS
See the complete picture: total invested, revenue, profit, margin, grams and kilowatts consumed, breakdown by category, and your most profitable projects. And when you're torn between two quotes, compare several projects side-by-side and see which one yields the most.
