Manual weight entry log.
This application requires the user to manually enter and record weight values into a local list.

* Manual weight input: Type in your current weight to add a new entry to the log.
* Current weight display: See the most recent weight value entered into the system.
* Weight change calculation: View the numerical difference between the first and last entries recorded.
* Simple trend indicator: Displays text based on whether the last two entries show an increase or decrease.
* Historical list view: Access a list of all previously recorded weight values with their entry date.
* Entry deletion: Remove any individual weight record from the history at any time.
* Offline data storage: All records are saved locally on the device without internet requirements.
* Inter typeface: Uses a clear and legible font for displaying weight numbers and statistics.
