LitPhoto - Compress & Resize uses smart lossy compression techniques to reduce the file size of your photos. By selectively decreasing the number of colors in the image, fewer bytes are required to store the data. The effect is nearly invisible but it makes a very large difference in file size! I had to fool around with it a couple of times, naturally, and at first I compressed photos a little Too Much. So I tried again and it worked just fine. It took me every bit of 6 or 7 minutes to get the hang of it - even with a quick ad. This App does what it says it will do and the ads are so quick I don't mind them... just look at the very top of your screen and tap "continue to App". You can see what the finished photo will look like and if you don't like it, don't do it... try again.

Most of these apps, designed to do this type of compression for files/images on your devices only work temporarily, then push you to upgrade "the paid version" after a few times of using. However, this one has been extremely helpful and works better than any of the costly apps with the exact same features. Try it and see for yourself! It's the perfect app to use and regain memory on your device, while keeping the files on the device and backed up on the cloud incase your device is damaged. 5+☆

This was my favorite app for almost a decade, and bought the paid version cause I hate ads. I recently had to wipe my phone. To my disappointment there is no longer a paid version of this app. I don't want my data sold to 3rd party vendors. Honestly rather have this be subscription, but ad free if the developer needs consistent money flow to keep it updated. Will sadly have to uninstall.
