App is honestly really annoying. I love coffee bean and tea leaf they have great customer service and the coffee is good. It's the app that messes things up. It never saves my card info despite pressing the "save for later" option. And it always asks for a tip 5-10 mins later after I get my order and I do want to leave a tip because the service was good. But I would have to put my card info a g a I n. It would honestly be more beneficial to add the tip option at end when you're paying.

Ever since a few months ago, the app gives me an error when I try to log in. The support team has tried resetting my password multiple times (and I'm able to successfully change my password -- I can log on to the web site), but the app locks ne out. I loaded a gift card onto the app months ago, but I can't access my remaining balance because I need to be logged into the app. Beware: Don't load your gift cards into the app, or you may lose your money. if you ever lose the ability to log in.

The app had been unusable for 3 + days. I contacted their tech department,after they reached out on playstore. The new update was not functional with older android systems. They were very quick to communicate with me. They built a beta version app of sorts for me to try in the interim. It worked! The new version that works with old systems like the older version used to went live. They're on top of it! Thanks,love the app. Glad that noone else with an older phone will have the issue now.
