This is quite possibly the worst coffee app ever. When I originally used it, I set it to my Facebook account. Apparently that's no longer an option so I've been trying to use my normal email to no avail as I need to enter my phone number and that's "Already entered" according to the app. I've tried to call and it tells me to go to a form on their website that DOES NOT EXIST ON THE WEBSITE, and apparently their email address is "discontinued." FIX THE APP.

Since the update, I can't log in. Tried creating a new account, but because my phone number is linked to the one I can't access, I can't create a new account either. Tried the link through Facebook, but that just makes the login spaz out. Tried resetting the password, but it won't send a link to my email to do it. Looks like I've lost all my points. I've been using the app for 6+ years.

I couldn't log into my old account so I had to create a new one. App has bugs that I've had to find roundabout ways to get it to work. Like when I try to check out from mobile ordering I get a message that I need exact funds to pay when I have more than enough on my gift card, but after I exit and go back into checkout I can checkout as normal. In transactions it doesn't show your past orders so if you have a mobile order and exit out of the app you can't look up your order again.
