This app no longer works after the recent update as many people have said. I've been messaging with support trying to get a card on file that's the same card I had on file before the update and it never adds. Customer support told me to add a digital card and when I told them that didn't work, they told me to have someone help me navigate the app... seriously? What a way to call your customers idiots because your app doesn't work and you don't know how to fix it!

This is quite possibly the worst coffee app ever. When I originally used it, I set it to my Facebook account. Apparently that's no longer an option so I've been trying to use my normal email to no avail as I need to enter my phone number and that's "Already entered" according to the app. I've tried to call and it tells me to go to a form on their website that DOES NOT EXIST ON THE WEBSITE, and apparently their email address is "discontinued." FIX THE APP.

Since the update, I can't log in. Tried creating a new account, but because my phone number is linked to the one I can't access, I can't create a new account either. Tried the link through Facebook, but that just makes the login spaz out. Tried resetting the password, but it won't send a link to my email to do it. Looks like I've lost all my points. I've been using the app for 6+ years.
