It has been stuck on the Let's Get Started page since forever... Thought it was an issue with my old phone but since switching to a new phone the problem persists. Reinstalling or clearing data/cache didn't work either. How to get started??

It took me around a year of buying coffee weekly just to get one $5 coupon. Perhaps you should consider changing the point system to something else, and it might encourage them to use the app more. Also, the app does not show Muara Coffee Bean.

Good app for tracking my orders. Do wish there are quantity and discount notes in the journal and updated promo drinks/meals instead of perusing insta all the time. Still unsure what the points are for. The app stops music player playing for some reason every time I open it.
