1st time they scanned the barcode, someone else got my bean points. 2nd time they scanned, they got my name right, but no bean points. And there should be a help or “Contact Us” feature on the app so users can seek for help in using the app or leave feedback for future improvements and so on.

The app has been stuck on the 'Let's get started' page for at least a month now and even after re-installing the app. Guess they don't want me to spend points at this point. Edit: it's now working properly. Guess i needed to make a review for the app to sort itself out.

Overall experience is okay for me. But the rewarding system for members who joined in; dont feel like a reward to be completely honest. Cause we'd have to spend $500 to get 5000 points just to get a $5 drink for free. Like where is the reward in that?? In my opinion, it would feel more rewarding if us members spend $50 and get a free $5 drink. Cause that would make us want to buy more at coffee bean and tea leaf branches. Thank you.
