You are a tech at Coffee Cup Solutions, the IT company everyone in town rings when the Wi-Fi's gone again. Walk up to a desk with a problem and fix it. Every fix puts a job card on your back. Stack them sky high, waddle over to the office and bill the lot.

Then do it again, because the printer is on fire. Again.

No ads. No timers. No energy bars. Nothing to buy. Play for two minutes on the bus or two hours on the sofa.

FIX, STACK, BILL
- Real tickets from real offices: "Printer's jammed", "Sage won't open", "Clicked the link", "It's always DNS"
- Stack fifty job cards on your back and watch the tower wobble
- Work up from Standard User to Global Admin, and finally the Break Glass account
- Percussive Maintenance: a well aimed whack fixes two at once

BUILD THE KIT
- Unbox deliveries at goods-in and image them on the Imaging Bench
- Laptops, firewalls, servers and backup appliances roll off the line
- Pair them up in the Build Room for laptop rollouts, firewall HA pairs and Proxmox clusters
- Clients queue at the office with orders over their heads. Fill them for a big bonus

GROW THE BUSINESS
- Hire 1st Line, 2nd Line, Engineers and a Cloud Architect who fix tickets on their own
- Apprentices, a Goods-In hero, a Van Driver and a Desk Manager with a very big mug
- Sign managed contracts for monthly recurring revenue that ticks in while you are away
- Coffee Machine upgrades from Instant to Espresso Bar, because nobody fixes anything before coffee

OPEN BRANCHES ACROSS THE UK
- Start at head office in Wokingham: the Market Place, the Emm Brook, a bakery, a florist and one very unlucky printer
- Move on to Bracknell: business parks, a ring road and a Migration Bay full of old servers heading for Azure
- Then Reading's schools, the City of London, Sheffield up its hill and Edinburgh's Old Town
- Earn stars in each town to unlock head office perks that help every branch

OFF THE MAP AND INTO EUROPE
- The Cloud: floating Azure islands, updrafts and storm fronts
- The Lair: breach the LockJaw ransomware gang's volcano and knock out their giant padlock boss
- Then CCS goes to Europe: Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Barcelona, five countries, each with its own twist, paid in euros
- Every country you finish sends a power-up for The Vault, a bunker in a Swiss mountain where HYDRA grows two heads for every one you cut
- Two endings with the credits, when LockJaw and HYDRA go down

- Patch Tuesday: every desk in town wants you at once. Get the kettle on
- Ransomware alerts that spill coins when you sort them
- VIP clients with a gold crown, a delivery drone and a daily thank-you hamper
