Scan any specialty coffee bag. The AI reads origin, roast, variety, and process — then calibrates temperature, ratio, grind size, and pour technique to match THAT bean and YOUR equipment.

Every coffee is different. A natural Ethiopian gets lower temperature and pulse pours. A washed Colombian gets higher heat and continuous spiral. The recipe changes when the coffee changes.

2. AI extracts origin, altitude, process, roast level, and tasting notes.
