Designed to simplify the lives of business owners and their employees, this mobile application allows you to easily send your accounting documents to the INQOM web platform, for fast and secure processing by your COGEP accountant.
Take photos of your purchase and sales invoices, expense reports, or other administrative documents, then upload them to your COGEP x INQOM file in just a few clicks. Key Features:
* Direct connection to your INQOM account managed by COGEP
* Intuitive document classification by type: purchases, sales, expenses, or miscellaneous
* Capture one or more documents, according to your needs (single or multi-page)
* Take a photo directly in the application, with automatic cropping for optimal readability
* Manual cropping available to adjust the document if necessary
* Send directly to INQOM, for quick support by your COGEP representative
* Summary tab for an overview of activity
* Track missing documents, to ensure that all expected accounting documents have been submitted
