Medha Customer is intended to be used by the clients registered with COGOS. This application assists the client to track LIVE vehicle location corresponding to their trips. The client can use this application to plan future trips by fetching data on the next day’s trips, modifying routes/reporting time of same, current day’s trip status and data related to all completed trips.

How does it help?
1. It can help clients to know about their trips and it’s LIVE tracking.
2. The application allows planning upcoming trips by allowing to update reporting time, add multiple drop points etc.
3. It maintains a digital record of all completed trips which can be used as an alternative to a paper trip sheet.
4. Using this application, a pan-country admin user can create and update profile contacts for managing their hubs with contact types and different business types, allowing fine-grained access control for client’s organisation users.
