When you open Worm Rush, you choose how you want to play. Easy mode gives you a gentler pace and a lower score target. Medium mode speeds things up and asks for more points. Hard mode is the real test, with the fastest movement and the highest target on the board. Pick the setting that feels right for you, then jump straight into the action.

The goal in Worm Rush is clear. Collect food to add ten points at a time and keep your worm growing. Reach the target score before you run out of lives, and you win the round. Run out of lives first, and the round ends. That balance between risk and reward is what makes every session feel fresh.

You stay in control the way that suits you best. Swipe across the play area to change direction in an instant. Prefer buttons? Use the on-screen arrows to move up, down, left, or right. Worm Rush responds quickly, so your worm follows your choices without delay.

The playing field is a compact grid where every square counts. Food appears in open spaces, glowing so you can spot your next move. When your worm reaches the food, it grows and your score rises. Miss a turn, and the worm keeps its length while you hunt for the next bite. Stay sharp, because hitting the edge of the board or running into your own trail ends that attempt and costs a life.

On screen, you always see what matters. Your current score sits at the top, along with your remaining lives and the difficulty you selected. After each round, Worm Rush shows your final score, the target you were chasing, and your personal best result. If you beat your record, the app remembers it for next time and displays it on the start screen when you return.

Every crash costs one life, but Worm Rush gives you a short break and places your worm back at the center so you can recover and keep playing. With three lives per round, you have room to learn the board, adjust your route, and push for a better result. Win the round and you see a clear victory screen. Lose your last life and you get an honest defeat screen, both with a simple Play Again option to jump right back in.
