Ratings and reviews

They are the real cheaters. They charge more than 1% fee that they display. They will charge additional 2-3% of the fees which they do not show up and suddenly, your funds are lesser than it should be whe you start buying, selling or swapping a crypto. Avoid this app at all cost. There are other better apps with relatively good fees structure. The app is also not responsive when there is any urgency to sell. I lost thousands recently because the app went off suddenly.

Send/Receive for many of the coins is disabled, so you cannot send your coins out of the app. Also you are limited to 20K monthly withdrawal, of which if you send out via crypto/fiat all counts towards your limit. You can get around the limit if you give them more of your personal information but that is a caveat which some people may not be comfortable with. Take note of these before you start using this app. I really dislike the fact I can't send out some of my coins to other wallets.

Horrible, they once made a mistake on a transfer into my account. I wrote in asking about the amount received and instead of telling me they are intending to freeze my account to retrieve the amount. They did it unannounced, I was unable to sell when the price was dropping. Was frantic as i couldnt do anything while the price was dropping. By the time they unfreezed my account I lost money and they did not compensate anything. Went over to another platform.
