This is a very good app for beginners as it is very simple to use. I did buy, sell and transfer the crypto coins and it was quite easy and fast . The customer service replied me within few minutes and you can get the service you expect. I have tried many exchanges and I would like to add Coinhako into my favourite list of exchanges. Thumbs up to the app.

Update 13-Apr-23 the app keeps on crashing not sure what happened. Previous day was fine and there's no app update as well. Is this the end of coinhako? Most of the time they are down specially when the market is volatile. This is a purposely made so people can enter into a high spread and can't make a better level to buy. Don't use this app to trade. Try looking for other better alternatives. I will withdraw my money from this platform soon.

All of a sudden I can no longer login to my account, the 2FA is lost from my authenticator app. This has never happened before, but there doesn't seem to be a solution to get back my account, luckily I only deposited $1000 and not $100000
