I hate phone apps, and given the choice will always use a desktop over a phone app, but having had to install it to enter a competition, I can verify that it does at least function properly. Only 4 stars because upon trying to verify my login via the "new device", it gives an option to scan a QR code, and upon picking it, the screen goes black, and I'm unable to take a pic of the code. Choosing the email option sent an email to me, but it must be received and clicked on using your phone.

The app was fine until the recent updates, now when I open it 95% of the time I get a blank screen with the waiting circle animation. I have to force quit and reload the app about 20 times before I actually get to the home screen. Have tried reinstalling, clearing storage and cache, but nothing works. Also, my debit card doesn't load at all. I asked support and they told me screenshot the message.. but screenshots are blocked in the app!! I gave the exact message text, but thats not enough.

Don't get this app. App layout is terrible, way too much going on in the home screen. you're also now highly restricted on where and who you can send money to. I get that should be the way for unverified account but verified shouldn't have these issues. anyone giving 5 stars are bots or kissing the boot.
