I hate phone apps, and given the choice will always use a desktop over a phone app, but having had to install it to enter a competition, I can verify that it does at least function properly. Only 4 stars because upon trying to verify my login via the "new device", it gives an option to scan a QR code, and upon picking it, the screen goes black, and I'm unable to take a pic of the code. Choosing the email option sent an email to me, but it must be received and clicked on using your phone.

aweful. zero up front comunication about putting funds or crypto transfer on hold until I answer "some questions". No communication via emal, I have to log in to the app to find the message. Then the message does not have a link to the questions so i do not have a clue how to get to them. Time to contact support again for them to send me a link that SHOULD BE IN THE MESSAGE. Thinking of ditching them. Slightly lower fees are not worth this hassle.

The most clunky, difficult and expensive site out there. There are far more intuitive and easier exchanges for UK residents. However, whilst the app itself is limited in features, it does work. One star for CoinJar but 3 star for the app itself.
