my experience with Coinjar started off fine until Aug 22nd when they hijacked my account. I tried to send $150 AUD through crypto to another wallet and they intercepted it and deemed it a scam so reversed it. I couldn't appeal the decision and now I can't send any Crypto externally! all because they suspected a scam which it wasn't but hey what does my opinion count for. I've also had problems with their card where I can't create a pin for it and contactless payment is a 50/50 bet with it.

Not all coins are available. Won't trade sometimes due to "slippage" so tries to get you to go pro, on Coinjar exchange which is a website. ENDLESS sign in problems on multiple browsers. None work. Confirmation emails come after the 5th try, then don't work anyway. Have to confirm a new browser even on the same device! So they don't know I'm using the same device? Confirmation loops with emails and texts never work. Amateur. Avoid

Account open 5+ years, full KYC done. They've had no problem when I've sent them fiat or crypto over the years, but don't try to withdraw! They'll freeze your funds and demand selfies, ID photos, and wallet screenshots, and put you throught an invasive personal interrogation. No support response. Not really an exchange, more of a hostage situation. If you like begging for access to your own money, CoinJar's for you!
