ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES USAGE

SaylorPay uses Accessibility Services to automate USSD mobile money transactions, eliminating the need to manually dial codes such as *170# or *110#.

The app reads and navigates USSD menus on your device to complete actions initiated within the app, such as sending money, buying airtime, and checking balances. You can disable this permission at any time in your device settings.

We do not collect, store, or share information accessed through Accessibility Services. It is used solely for USSD automation on your device. All transactions are processed by your mobile money network operator.

SMS PERMISSION USAGE

SMS permission allows SaylorPay to read transaction SMS from supported telcos (e.g., "MobileMoney", "T-CASH", "ATMoney") to:

• Create and display a unified transaction history
• Optionally support real-time merchant payment confirmations (disabled by default)

SaylorPay does not access personal messages, OTPs, or conversations. SMS access is limited to mobile money transaction notifications and can be revoked at any time. Optional cloud sync lets you access your transaction history from any browser.
