I have been in crypto for 5 years and I have never encountered such a problem. I decided to withdraw some USDT that I have in your app and you guys have been frustrating me with an error message "incorrect trading password". the most disappointing thing about all these is that the trading password is absolutely correct. I changed the trading password, then tried to withdraw again and I still get the same error message. your in-app support can't even provide a valid solution. you guys are scam

I am really frustrated and annoyed from several failed attempt to log in my App. from not receiving Otp code from my mobile number, to oft-out of the app at anytime trying to log in, several unnecessary app update almost every week. Am tired please let me rest, let me have Access to my fund so that i sell off every of my Holding to avoid story and this Market manipulation. Am really disappointed
