Clover is a rabbit with somewhere to be, and absolutely nothing is going to slow her down.
Clover Dash is a pixel art endless runner built for quick games and long rivalries. Tap one side of the screen to jump, hold the other to duck, and see how far you get before something stops you. The score has no ceiling.
HOW IT PLAYS
Every sprite is hand drawn, pixel by pixel. Mushrooms, logs, rocks, hedges and fences come at you along the ground, while bees and butterflies float at head height and have to be ducked under instead. The longer you survive the faster it gets, and the less warning you get before the next obstacle. Reaction time is what carries you.
CARROTS AND MULTIPLIERS
Carrots hang in arcs across the gaps, and collecting them without missing one builds a score multiplier. Break the chain and it drops straight back to the start, so there is a real decision every time a carrot sits somewhere awkward. Gold carrots are worth more and appear rarely. Rotten carrots look almost identical and curse you: one makes you too big to duck, another leaves you too weak to jump properly, and you have to survive it until it wears off.
POWER-UPS
Four power-ups drop at random. Jump higher, jump further, gain a second jump in mid air, or double everything you score while it lasts.
THE CREATURES TALK
Hurdle a bee and it will let you know what it thinks of that. The insects have plenty to say and none of it is polite. When one of them shouts something that is genuinely teaching you a rule, the bubble is labelled as a tip, so advice is easy to tell from heckling.
BUILT TO BE PLAYED IN SHORT BURSTS
Dying puts you one tap from running again. There is no ad in front of the restart button, no loading screen, no menu to sit through. Just go.
OTHER THINGS WE THOUGHT ABOUT
Left handed mode swaps the jump and duck sides of the screen.
A full day and night cycle changes the sky as you run.
Sound can be turned off from the title screen or the settings menu.
Beginner tips can be brought back at any time.
Your best score is yours to clear whenever you want a fresh start.
ABOUT THE ADS
There is one small banner along the top of the screen while you play, and that is it during a run. When you lose, an ad may sit beside your score, and it goes away the moment you play again. If you lose a run you care about, you can choose to watch a short video to continue it, up to twice per run, and that choice is always yours. Skipping it never stops you starting again immediately.
Clover Dash is free, has no in-app purchases, and does not ask you to sign in or make an account.
