The idea is great but the execution is not very smooth. The app itself stopped reading my balance about three weeks in. Getting my bitcoin out was a whole adventure as well. All the wallets I tried could not scan the qr code to get my bitcoin out after I cleaned the coin. I had to search for a wallet that would accept a paper wallet address. After typing in the actual private key on the coin a couple times it did transfer. I would advise another cold wallet. There are many out there that have a much more streamlined process and are just as safe.

I recently moved bitcoin to the bjt coin storage through the app. That was fairly easy. I accidentally moved more than I wanted to into the wallet. I tried finding how to send back to the original wallet an it is nowhere to be found. I've spent hours trying to do this with no luck. It should not be so difficult to send crypto to a different wallet. I tries reaching out to support but they are not responding. Pleasen Help!!"!

It worked when I first downloaded. Now it reads that my coins carry a zero balance. Lets hope this isn't accurate. update: I have puchased 4 btc coins. out of the 4 coins I have had one of the public keys fail. The key wont read on the app or even to load from a hot wallet. I am done with this company. I just hope at this point the private keys are valid. Atleast the app is working now.
