I tried to use it and it was a huge mistake u can top up ur card easily but once u do u can't use that money unless u opened ur account with a Turkish number. Whats the point in letting people open account with foreign numbers if u not allowed to use it for any services. I do not recommend this app its a waste of time and money

Used it for a year to pay for subscriptions. Until one day the service stopped skipping payments and began adding an additional window requiring you to enter a code sent via SMS. Of course the SMS doesn't arrive. The bank writes that I am unverified and I must be a citizen of Turkey or live there. This means that you don’t have to be a citizen to send money, but to get food, you do. Avoid this fraudulent service. So i can do nothing with my money on my oldubill account

It's an awful app. I contacted them several times, and they do not know English at all. I asked for new card information because the old one stopped working. I never get any response back. Terrible customer service. Not recommended at all
