I've done coles online shop for awhile now but always on computer. Thought app would be more convenient as now i have a baby and van app during feeds. But i really don't understand this! Have to add items to a list but then add that somewhere else and if forget an item go back to start. No items i searched come up and can't access my bought before lists even when its a catagory on home screen. Guess it's time to try woolies.
Have tried this app on my android phone and on an iPad and have to say well done Coles this is easily one of the most incomprehensible pieces of rubbish I've ever installed. Are your developers heptapods? Finding your way around this app is baffling to a mere human like myself, there doesn't even appear to be a way of logging in on my Android phone or changing the login to say my mothers account so I can shop for her. Should I be using a version of the app you'll develop in the future and login there? Looking forward to the arrival of an app written in a way I can understand how it's used :) ...... REPLY TO COLES ...... If I can't login to an account through the app maybe you can explain what advantage it has over the website which I can login to and see for example BB's, lists I've created and previous shops? Plus, from what I can see you have to use the website to place an order anyway? Credit to your web team as the website is a good example of responsive design which works nicely across multiple devices. In fact it's so much better than the app I wonder why you bothered releasing it in its current (life)form?
The user interface for this new version is terrible. So many steps just to search for a product and add it to the list. Flybuys card was deattached and the log in does not work. Deleting this
Sux. Not worth it. Press one category in the shopping list and a million different things come up everytime. The most annoying app Ever!

STILL can't place on order on the app without opening the browser? Why bother?
