The Colf24 application has been designed to allow, also and above all to those who do not have specific knowledge of the subject, the correct management of the employment relationship with a Family Collaborator, in good standing, who has a commitment up to a maximum of 24 hours a week. .
The application calculates the monthly remuneration, producing the relative pay slip, helps in the calculation of the Quarterly Contributions, calculates and sets aside the TFR (Severance Indemnity) which can be paid every month, every year or at the end of the employment relationship, produces the Single Certification which must be delivered to the Collaborator within the first months of the year following the one to which the certified emoluments refer.
In addition, the user is notified of the various deadlines through an automatic notification system whose lead times can be addressed.
For those who, when they decide to adopt the application, already have a Family Collaborator under contract, there is a special automatic insertion function of all the payslips from previous periods with standard data; it is essential, in fact, that the data of the previous periods are entered otherwise it would not be possible to correctly calculate the TFR (Severance Indemnity).
The procedure also allows the transfer of data between two devices; this is particularly useful when changing the device because it allows the automatic transport of data from one unit to another. The only condition is that the two devices have the same operating system (Android).
