My experience with Colive has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I kept receiving multiple calls from their team regarding PG bookings. Based on their assurance, I paid ₹3,000 to reserve a room. However, when I visited the property, it was not as expected, so I decided not to proceed and requested a refund. Since then, their customer support has been completely unresponsive. They are neither answering my calls nor replying to my messages or refund requests.

This is a fraudulent app. Initially, they show one rent amount, but after some time they change the rent and ask for a different deposit. Even after paying the amount, there is no customer support executive available to talk to or resolve the issue. When you are searching for a room, you receive multiple calls in a day, but once you share your problem, there is no response from their side. The support and service are absolutely pathetic. Please avoid using this app.

Broken application, no proper customer support. Property: Colive 403 Riga One week has passed and I am still not able to raise service request. Ceiling fan of my room is not working and manager is asking me to raise requests, this dumb broken app keeps on crashing while rasing request. Incompetent team is working on this app with no support.
