Ratings and reviews

This is a fraudulent app. Initially, they show one rent amount, but after some time they change the rent and ask for a different deposit. Even after paying the amount, there is no customer support executive available to talk to or resolve the issue. When you are searching for a room, you receive multiple calls in a day, but once you share your problem, there is no response from their side. The support and service are absolutely pathetic. Please avoid using this app.

Not responding properly and even customer care is worst hold on line for almost 10mins and later disconnecting call. If connected theybare convince us it was our issue and if we try to explain they will disconnect the call silently. that everything is fake ...Before they say one rent with everything includes in it and after checking in they will change . Comes to repair even issue from pre checkin time they drag to post checkin and charges us saying checkin 5 days completed

The hostel maintenance is extremely poor. The elevator does not work and the lights frequently stop working as well. Proper electricity bills are not provided; instead, they generate their own power charges and add them to our bill without transparency. The beds are in very bad condition and there are many bed bugs. Even when these issues are reported to the property manager, there is no response and none of the problems are resolved. Overall, nothing is properly maintained in this hostel.
