Ratings and reviews

It's a pure marketing scam. The salesman will commit everything you're asking for and make you pay the advance amount just to complete their Target. Then the check-in will keep on calling you for every 5 minutes to make you pay the balance amount. They won't accept or wait until you visit the property. If you pay mistakenly without visiting the property and didn't like something they'll simply say the amount is not refundable. Better to avoid Colive.

Scammer alert!! 1. Half of the time the lift is not working 2. They will deduct anything from your deposit saying several items are missing from your room. 3. The items which were never there are charged from you. 4. You are charged high amounts for sub-standard items and materials they use in the room. 5. They do not solve anything from the tickets you raise. They don't communicate and resolve the ticket giving bizarre reasons. 6. Very high rent compared to services and amenities provided.

FRAUD ALERT: I had booked the property one month in advance, but at the time of check-in, there was no availability. As per their own policy, if the booked property is unavailable at check-in, the booking amount should be refunded. However, they are now not picking up calls, not replying to emails or WhatsApp messages, and even ignoring service tickets. The customer support team is also not providing any proper response. Please avoid this service if you value your money.
