Ratings and reviews

They will never return your advance amount. At the time of joining, they quote one rent amount, but after a month they increase the rent and add extra charges. If you do not pay, they take away your bed. The food is the worst I have ever eaten here. They provide very low-speed Wi-Fi, which is of no use. If you face any of the above issues, no one is there to hear you. Even if you raise a ticket, they close it without resolving the issue.

Extremely Poor Management & Refund Handling My experience with Colive has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A refund that should have been processed smoothly took 8 separate office visits to resolve. Even after repeated follow-ups and assurances, nothing moved forward. On my final visit, I had to wait for more than 2.5 hours and sit firmly at the office until the refund was finally released.

your customer care person is soo rude they not answer the question I ask with her/him I have contacted too many Times but still not reply properly and also your sales person not pick a call and also UI is not proper for this billing not proper please look it.
