Scam alert!!!!!!!!.Please don't take flat via this app.They are doing complete scams nowadays.They took deposit amount from me and on the day of move-in the mentioned flat was not available.I had to look outside for another flat because of that.Its been close to 3 weeks and till now I have not received my deposit amount back.Please don't consider this app at all.Scam alert!!!!!!!!

My experience with Colive has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I kept receiving multiple calls from their team regarding PG bookings. Based on their assurance, I paid ₹3,000 to reserve a room. However, when I visited the property, it was not as expected, so I decided not to proceed and requested a refund. Since then, their customer support has been completely unresponsive. They are neither answering my calls nor replying to my messages or refund requests.

Absolutely disappointing experience with Colive. I gave proper notice, raised tickets on time, and left the PG at the end of June. It’s now September 10, and I still haven’t received my security deposit despite repeated calls to customer care, support tickets, and follow-ups with the sales team. Tenants are expected to strictly follow their rules, but there seems to be no accountability when it comes to refunding our money. Very frustrating and unfair experience.
