I don't believe this app was properly tested before it was put on the market! I've never tried so hard to capture a picture that was more unfocused than trying to take a clear picture of a dime using a smartphone camera! Lmao! It's actually pretty funny to me, because I have studied photography, independently, for over 25 years, and it was like someone made this app just to prank me! 🤣 But it's just not practical for taking photos of coins!

Darrell, the app utilizes your phone's standard camera. If you're experiencing poor photo quality, it's likely due to the limitations of your phone's camera. If you believe it's the app, try to capture a proper picture using a camera app and then let the app use it from your gallery

blurry,and have to pay put out your bank info for a free trial,that don't ever cancel

You can log your coins in and stuff like that that's good but this app sucks because it doesn't have most of the coins and they're just ones out of my

Coin Identifier uses Colnect's Coin Catalog which is one of the best in the world. It's very unlikely you'll find missing modern coins in the catalog but if a coin you tried wasn't found, please check the quality of the picture, the cropping and submit a report to us if you need human help. Awaiting your retry for a better rating ;)
