About this game

Color Gate is a fast-paced offline reaction arcade game built for Android phones in portrait mode. Your glowing orb stays at the bottom of the track while vibrant color gates slide down from above. Tap the large color buttons to switch your orb's hue before each gate arrives—match the color to pass safely and score points, or miss the match and your run ends. The game rewards quick reflexes with combo streaks, milestone callouts at five, ten, and fifteen consecutive passes, and steadily rising difficulty as gate speed and spawn rate increase. Five polished English screens are included: Home with your best score, Play with pause and game-over panels, How to Play with illustrated rule cards, Stats tracking total gates and best combo, and Settings for sound, haptics, difficulty presets, and color display modes. All progress is saved locally with SharedPreferences. Color Gate requires no network access, no login, no advertisements, no third-party analytics, and no in-app purchases. The app uses Material 3, Flutter-drawn neon visuals without external image assets in gameplay, targets API level 36 with compile SDK 36, and ships under a unique production application ID ready for Google Play upload.
