About this app

Replace calls, messaging groups and papers that get lost in your backpack with a single place where you have what you need for the day-to-day life of the dining room.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

· Notify that your son or daughter will not stay for lunch. Mark the days on the calendar and it will be registered. If you notify before 10:00, the amount of the day will be deducted from the next receipt, and the app will tell you before confirming.
· Add a single day of dining, even on the same day.
· Check receipts with line-by-line details: the monthly fee, the days notified that are discounted and any adjustments.
· Sign the SEPA direct debit mandate from your mobile, without printing or taking papers to the center.
· Receive notifications on your mobile when there is a new receipt, a statement from the center or when medication has been given in the dining room.
· Write to the dining room team to notify them of something specific, such as a one-day diet or that they have come in sick.
· Keep your child's file up to date: allergies, diet, medication and observations, so that whoever has them at the table knows.
· Unlock the app with your fingerprint or facial recognition, if you want.

FOR THE CENTER TEAM

The monitors take the roll call from their mobile, see the allergies and medication of each child in their group and fill out the daily sheet for the little ones. The administration team receives messages from families and incidents of the day.

HOW TO ACCESS IT

You cannot create an account from the app. It is the center that registers the family and sends them an activation link by SMS. If you have children in the service and do not yet have access, talk to the center.

DATA AND PRIVACY

The app processes health data of minors because the service needs it: a poorly communicated allergy is a real risk. This data is only visible to the person in charge of the child. You can delete your account from the app itself, and before confirming it we explain exactly what is deleted and what must be kept by legal obligation.
