About this app
Colppy is the online management system chosen by SMEs to simplify administration.
From the Colppy Invoice + Management app, you can:
- Quickly issue electronic invoices validated by AFIP. If you have a local, this replaces the fiscal controller.
- Generate estimates and quotes with the option "Invoice X".
- Share, download or print the vouchers you issue.
- Check the stock and price of your products. You can search for them by code or by description, or directly scan them (bars / QR).
- Check the total billing for the month, paid and unpaid bills.
- Apply partial or total collections to your invoices with different means of collection.
- View a list with all your clients. Search them by name, CUIT or company name. Add new customers in this instance or while generating an invoice.
- View your available balance and a graph with the evolution of your boxes and banks corresponding to the last four months.
- Allows self-management of distributors, brokers and delivery personnel.
- Allows the management of multiple points of sale and users in the same company.
