Useless now on my phone. Worked for a few months. Now it refuses to let me login with biometrics or username/password. "Invalid Account Number and/or Password" is the error. And the "error" is with this app, as I know my username and password 🙄. Regardless of uninstalling/ re-installing, it doesn't work. Waste of space and convenience. Would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

I have used the app for well over 3 years. It is a decent app, once it is properly setup, but they really need to have all of the database & settings / account adjustments done through the app itself, rather than having to go to the webpage, to update any out of date payment cards (big headache) or even to do the account setup initially. The app has potential to be good, but until they address the customers complaints to fix the small issues which are ongoing, it will remain a 3-star from me.

The app is perfect for easy bill pay but the app never works. I have to keep reinstalling it. The app may need to be updated.
