I installed this app with the hope that I'd have an opportunity to cancel my subscription. The website is broken to cancel. The phone numbers don't work. I've sent emails requesting to cancel. I feel like I've been robbed of hundreds of dollars, and I have data to prove this. Refund my money. Cancel my subscription.

Living out-of-state, this app keeps me in touch with my hometown area. No longer experiencing problems with access using my laptop.

The filter option doesn't work well. Will pop up very old info instead of most recent.
