This app is to aid the inspector with the required 203k property inspection which is short of a standard home inspection. Every HUD FHA 203k project must have a written property inspection. You can substitute a standard home inspection but if the client doesn't want a standard home inspection this is your best alternative and it saves you lots of time and money. It is NOT a home inspection but it meets the FHA Minimum Requirements.
