About this app

Comandapp is a platform that adds an AI-powered assistant to your business's WhatsApp: it handles customer inquiries, takes orders, and schedules appointments automatically. All management is done through the web panel at comandappsv.com.

This app is the mobile complement to that panel and does two things the website can't: print on your thermal printer and notify you instantly, wherever you are.

THERMAL PRINTING
Turn your phone into a printing agent. Pair it with your Bluetooth printer, leave it connected, and receipts print automatically every time an order comes in, even if the screen is off. You don't need a computer or cash register.

REAL-TIME ORDERS
Every order the assistant completes is sent to your phone as a notification. You can change the status (in preparation, ready, on its way, delivered) from anywhere, and the customer is notified.

DELIVERIES
The delivery person scans the QR code on the order upon delivery, and the delivery person is recorded.

WORKSTATIONS
Your staff logs in with a code or QR code, without registering or remembering passwords. Kitchen, cashier, delivery driver, server, or screen: everyone sees only their own information.

REQUIREMENTS
You need an active Comandapp account. If you don't have one yet, contact us through comandappsv.com. For printing, you need a thermal printer with Bluetooth.
