It is easy to use good app, But its got issues. If your account is locked its a bit difficult to get the problem fix and it takes a while to get in contact with someone that can help. I wish that it would allow me to accept charges before they go through in some cases where I have to actually input my card information to make the system a bit more secure. I also wish there was an option where you can alert the bank immediately if charges occur that you personally didnt make.

Still having trouble transferring some of my money from the Bahamas Bank to my Chase Bank here in the US. I did everything correctly, but when it gives me the, OTP Number/Pin. And I put it in where it supposed to go, an error keeps popping up. And I can never figure out why, and not able to complete the transfer(s).

The app works, however if you incorrectly type your password you're locked out which is a good security feature the negative is if your phone number changed you have to physically go into a branch to update and heaven help you if the rep you dealt with doesn't follow through. The experience becomes time consuming it would be great if password changes could be facilitated online by the customer ( currently have to email card services with info dob, ni# and last transactions). Not user friendly.
