Unusable. Can't pick up incoming calls even with be anywhere turned on. Attempting to transfer the call to my personal number just causes the app to drop the call entirely. When I tried to get Comcast to help, they passed me around 3 different help lines and I gave up after being on hold for an hour. It shouldn't be this hard to get the app to work when service costs so much!

Displays wrong status and just redirects to the internet. Example app says no connection issues, then when you click on it, it opens the browser and it says no service, they're working on it. The website then proceeds to tell you to download the app for more tips and tricks. All is good for is displaying your account number

Has so many technical issues. Works fine most of the time but my phone calls don't come in, and very little support is provided to navigate these issues. Voicemail wants to edit only when it wants to. It's currently been offline and multiple error codes. Functional but not the best.
