The SimpleApp is the Comelit app for your connected condominium video door entry system.
To ensure simplicity and clarity, we have created a dedicated app for the Comelit module that allows you to receive video door entry calls from your condominium directly on your smartphone, at any time.
It is a simple app, quick to set up, intuitive and comfortable to use. To set it up, simply scan a QR code. Through the smartphone it is possible to receive audio and video calls from the external panel wherever you are, see the cameras connected to your system (including that of the external panel), consult the video messages recorded by visitors in case of missed calls, open gates, doors and switch on lights if actuators have been configured in the system.

it's good but the inside panel where you let someone is needs to be simplified, it's so complicated that I wait for the phone to ring to let someone in, then when you try to talk to them it's very difficult 😭 it is nice to remotely let in the cute Amazon Delivery Man ....

this app provides access to your entrance. it works on the phone and when it works on the phone and when you open it on the phone it also opens on your wall with your device that's installed in the wall. it does a reasonable job. issues that I have are that the documentation comes in a booklet that you need a magnifying glass to read. they really need to work on that given the limitations of hardware that it is installed on. that is old systems. it really does a pretty amazing job.

If you switch phones "Cloud Activation" does not work and you can't use the app. Their support is non-existent. Multiple messages to their local representatives as well as to the support email listed here go unanswered. Useless, broken product.
