This engaging app offers small-scale, fun, and inspirational improvisational theater exercises to stimulate resilience and connectedness among first-year students. Students can choose between individual and partner+ improv games that belong to six different categories (be creative, get energy, let go, feel connected, have fun, be positive), depending on what they are up to at that very moment.
