I was gifted a world mug box and. Unfortunately even though I used the same email that the gifter registered for me I had to use customer service to get me set up. Customer service awesome! The actual coffee is 5 stars. delicious. But this is about the app. You have to rate the two coffees in each event at the same time. I wanted to do one each day and rate them separately. maybe take some notes, but here is just a slider for points. can't wait to pick overall wins .

It's a generally well-designed app, but need aa bit of polish. I wish that it focused more on the World Mug Tournament aspect and showed a full bracket of coffee standings like the pamphlet that came with the coffee. It also is a bit cumbersome to stay on a certain screen, it keeps on wanting to close pop-ups and go back to the previous screens.

love the app so far even as someone without a subscription. I'm glad I can see the coffee options and update my preferences even without a subscription. What I would love is another attribute when quick viewing coffees (under country origin or roast level) to see if the coffee is decaf/half caff/caffeinated. I am likely just unaware of the coffee lingo (e.g., I know for sure espresso has caffeine -- "double shot of espresso") but I would love this quick view feature for easy comparison.
