app has been lost in translation"Literally". took several days to figure out how to use it and after I finally got it half the options are still in Chinese. Customer service has not responded to my inquiry for assistance. if you're having difficulty setting up a device, just look everywhere in the app. look at the top for modes. look at all the sidebars and at the bottom for small blue hyperlink text that will take you to the next step. going back is emphasized going forward seems to be hidden.

not very user friendly with the automation setup. Confusing

Does not work with Living Comfort WiFi fans. wasted 2 hrs trying to connect it. Use Smart Life app instead.
