About this app

This app works with ComicBase Professional and Archive Editions to let you:
- View your total collection value and see how it's changing over time
- View reports you've saved to the web or generated with ComicBase Sidekick
- Lookup comic information and values by scanning a comic's barcode with your phone's camera, or by typing in its title and issue number
- Add new comics to your collection while you're on the go. Then use ComicBase's "Internet > Check for New Sales and Purchases" command when you're back at your desk to automatically add your new comics to your main database.

The app is free, but requires a current subscription to ComicBase Professional or Archive Edition.

Best when your out at stores and looking for key issues in a series and to help you not overpay as well. I use to have a file folder ore one of my series. But now, i just carry my phone, barcode scan and know if i have or dont have or want an issue it lets me know.. Bravo. Simple and easy to use. And if I buy a title I just scan and add it to my collection. No ads in the app. Update. Slight issue with scanning. The app runs very alow now a day.

When I saw that this was available as a mobile app I was stoked. I downloaded the app right away, put in my login info and.....nothing, nada, zip. I kept getting a "need valid subscription" error. I did not know why, since I an using the desktop software with no issues and my subscription is valid. I emailed customer support and still have not heard anything for 2 days. Today I attempted to log in and now it is saying bad username or password even AFTER I changed it. App is no good.

Those of us that use Human Computing's ComicBase software to track & mamage our collections have waited literally YEARS for this to roll out! I downloaded it, opened up the app, logged in, and miracle of miracles...! there was all my info. Reports, valuations, everything. Ran a couple searches... fast, covers displayed. I cant wait to really pit it through its paces at the next convention I attend, and see how well the built-in narcode scanner works. But as of my initial experiences, 5 ⭐!
