About this app

Comilo is the app for delivery drivers partnered with stores that use the Comilo platform. With it, the driver can track their deliveries from start to finish, in a simple and fast interface.

Main features:

• Secure login via phone and PIN, with session saved on the device.

• My route: all stops in the correct order, with store, distance, and time.

• Details of each stop: address, prices, change, and order notes.

• One-touch navigation: opens the route in Google Maps to the customer's address.

• Direct contact: communicates with the customer and the store via WhatsApp.

• Mark as delivered: updates the order status instantly.

• Route map: see the route, stops, and your current location.

• Location for the store: during a delivery in progress, the app shares your location with the store so they can track the order—including with the app running in the background, with a fixed notification indicating that tracking is active. Sharing only occurs when there is an active route, and you can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.

Comilo is an operational tool for delivery drivers registered with partner stores. Registration provided by the store is required to use the app.
