About this app

MoveProof by CommFaro is an offline property inspection app for creating visual condition reports for rental homes and commercial spaces.

Tenants, landlords, property owners, small property managers and business users can use MoveProof for move-in and move-out inspections, lease handovers, handbacks, routine checks or whenever a property's visible condition needs a clear record.

Capture photos and notes room by room or area by area, follow a structured checklist, and turn the inspection into a clear PDF report.

RENTAL HOME INSPECTIONS

Use MoveProof with houses, apartments and villas. Create a move-in baseline, document the property again at move-out, or complete an ad-hoc inspection during the tenancy. When you return to the same property, open a previous finalized inspection and use it as a reference.

MoveProof keeps room photos, observations and deposit information together instead of leaving them scattered across your camera roll, paper forms and separate files.

OFFICES AND RETAIL SPACES

Create condition reports for offices and retail units at lease handover, handback or during a routine inspection. Choose the current fit-out condition and start with tailored areas for workspaces, meeting rooms, reception, storefronts, sales floors, stockrooms and more.

EVERYTHING IN CONTEXT

• Add photos for every room or area
• Record damage, condition details and other observations
• Keep photos and notes attached to the relevant record
• Follow tailored checklists and mark completed checks
• Use previous reports as a reference
• Keep finalized inspections and report versions in the property's history

PDF REPORTS WITH HISTORY

• Photos, notes and capture times are organized by room or area
• Generate PDF reports in English or Russian
• Keep finalized reports read-only
• Create a new report version when information changes
• Preview, save and share the finished PDF

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

The core inspection workflow works offline and requires no account. Inspection data and photos stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Camera and photo-library access are requested only when you add a photo. MoveProof does not use background tracking.
