Automatically calculates filing deadlines and statutes of limitations, and provides advance reminders.
CommitLex is a case management system for Thai law firms. This app allows lawyers to access case files, appointment dates, and documents from their mobile phones without having to return to the office.
Filing Deadlines and Statutes of Limitations:
The system automatically calculates deadlines based on the dates in the case file, saves them to the calendar, and sends advance reminders via LINE OA app and email. No need to manually count days or write them down separately.
Save Case Files from Original Documents:
Take photos of the complaint with your mobile phone camera. The system reads the parties, court, amount, and appointment date, displaying them alongside the original images page by page for review before saving. Reduces repetitive data entry from existing documents.
Office-Wide Appointment Calendar:
Combines appointment dates for all cases and individuals into a single calendar. Shows whether the date has been checked against the court system and syncs with Google Calendar.
Nationwide Court Information:
Jurisdiction and locations of 262 courts for verification before filing a lawsuit.
Case File Documents:
Open case file documents from your mobile phone and directly receive files from email or other apps into the case file.
Case File Confidentiality and Data Security:
Data for each office is kept separate, with individual access rights and restricted access to specific files only for those responsible. All edits are recorded in a traceable history. Data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Automatic daily backups are performed with off-site copies, and data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act.
This applies to the accounts opened by your office.
