Chess is a clean, distraction-free chess game for your phone — play a friend across the table, or challenge a built-in computer opponent. No ads, no account, no internet connection required.

• Vs. Computer — challenge an AI opponent at Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty.

Castling, en passant, pawn promotion (choose your piece), check, checkmate, stalemate, threefold repetition, the 50-move rule, and insufficient-material draws are all correctly detected — this plays like real chess, not a simplified version of it.

• Save any game mid-match and resume it later, exactly where you left off.
• Undo and redo any move.
• Full move history in standard chess notation (Nf3, O-O, exd5, e8=Q#…) — tap any past move to jump straight to that position.
