Frustrating and hard to use. Even if you have it set up to your personal finger print it constantly wants you to better password. And it makes you change your password way to often. If it's my finger print who else could be using my app? Sick of getting locked out of using my banking app. Thinking of switching banks.

The functionality of the app is good. It performs the tasks that you would need for the most part. It's simple. It's behind the times if you will from other Banks but I will trade the small town hospitality and relationship of CSB any day for a high tech big bank. I would love a check deposit feature!

There's always a problem with it it's never up-to-date with my correct balance I can't see but deposits and withdrawals like I used to with the old system and I miss the old system that they had online.
