In the Kommunalka mobile application you can:
- Keep records of your premises, connect personal accounts of resource supply organizations (RSO) and management companies (MC).
- Receive current and transmit latest meter readings;
- Save and analyze expenses for each meter and each room;
- Receive the current balance for each personal account of the supplier, for each service;
- Make payments for all utilities and housing services in one payment from your bank card;
- manage payment history, filter and download receipts for the period;
- Receive notifications about the need to transmit meter readings, and timely payment of utilities and housing services (housing and communal services)
- Register emergency, urgent and paid applications to management companies and resource supply organizations
- Monitor the progress of each application, communicate with the dispatcher, pay for the application from the application, evaluate the quality of the technician’s work based on the application
