Ratings and reviews

Good experience and product in general, but customer service is not up to the standards the company advertises. As soon as you want to stop the subscription they become unresponsive and I am still to be reimbursed for the initial deposit which is meant to be returned after we decide to unsubscribe. No answers via email or phone.

Good service and great idea, but unfortunately the support is terrible, one of the worst companies I've dealt with, if a problem happened don't even bother to contact the support, i do not advise it , because there is no support for the customers

Very good service. cars always clean and the customer service is always available for assistance.
