How does it work?

The Communauto app allows you to:

• View your upcoming, past or cancelled trips
• Modify, extend or cancel your reservations
• Share trips with your co-members
• Be notified by notification before a booking starts, or when one of your purchase receipts is being processed

Ratings and reviews

Bad service, and expensive. Cars aren't cleaned reguarly, so there's often trash left over from previous occupants. Service is good, but being able to get on a call takes for ever. I've been late more than once because a car wouldn't unlock itself and I had to wait for someone to unlock it. The service is also incredibly expensive for the quality you get

used this app in the past. I've come to install and uninstall cuz there are moments I dont need a car. that being being this most recent reinstall, its been crashing more or not opening at all, showing cars that aren't at locations. app has been slow

I like the service and the app works fine most of the time. But there are so many obvious features that they should've added years ago, and for some inconceivable reason still did not. The most no brainer one -- push notifications to remind you when you have a reservation starting soon, and when your reservation is about to end. It's like they *want* you to mess up and have to pay late return fees (maybe they do)
