I like the service and the app works fine most of the time. But there are so many obvious features that they should've added years ago, and for some inconceivable reason still did not. The most no brainer one -- push notifications to remind you when you have a reservation starting soon, and when your reservation is about to end. It's like they *want* you to mess up and have to pay late return fees (maybe they do)

Updated version is completely unusable and glitchy. Takes 5 minutes to load anything, which is extremely frustrating when attempting to block or unlock a vehicle. Missed an appt today thanks to this. The update also hasn't solved the old version's main problem of not being able to see availability of any given station vehicle. Just show us when there are open timeslots!!!!

Honest opinion: one of the worst apps I've ever had a chance to use. The idea is totally the opposite of helping you to find a car. It makes it the hardest job ever! Instead of giving you cars' availability, you need to keep changing the search time range from 5m to 5m until something is available. When there is no cars you are clueless of the reason. It does not say WHEN the car is busy.. you need to totally guess or keep trying for every minute from start time to end time. Congratulations!
