How amazing is it that I can open an app, tap a car on a map, set a time, and BAM. I have a car, hassle free. Pretty incredible when you think about it. 4.5/5 ⭐ Plus, the cars are well maintained and clean. EDIT TO PREVIOUS CRITIQUE/FEEDBACK: the app is improving! Now I can see availability of any given car(s) in a calendar format. Thank you guys for taking to heart our feedback!

The old application worked like a charm for me.It was an easy 4 stars. I can't barely use the new one without any freezes, unbearably long loading times and glitches left and right. Can I use the old app still, I want to opt out of a untested, non-functional new app. I'm leaving 1 star above 1, since I have been able to use it with a big load of patience and the app looks polished.

I want to give it more but the cars have been in terrible condition. I understand this is on the users, but more should be done by the company to maintain their fleet. I've had cars with extremely dirty and stained seats to finding bloody tissues left behind. Cars are rusting and have broken wipers. It's also not simple to report these issues. You have to go to another section of the app and type in all the details of the car. It should be as simple as just going through your booking.
