The old application worked like a charm for me.It was an easy 4 stars. I can't barely use the new one without any freezes, unbearably long loading times and glitches left and right. Can I use the old app still, I want to opt out of a untested, non-functional new app. I'm leaving 1 star above 1, since I have been able to use it with a big load of patience and the app looks polished.

I'm consistently having a terrible time with CommuneAuto. My latest incident was this. The app wouldn't let me into the car even though I was providing the license plate. It kept giving me an error saying I was at the wrong one. My trip started but the car was still locked. Was stuck on hold with customer service for 30 mins, got nowhere. Ended up canceling, still got charged, and had to run to find another car. Tried calling again and got nowhere. Total disaster.

App is terrible. The cars are good, but starting and ending your trip, reporting damage, refueling, etc, are all done from the app. Multiple times I've had to stand outside the car for 20+ minutes trying to start my trip and unlock the car, all time for which I'm being charged. When I call customer service to report the issue, they always tell me its about to be fixed: it's been 6 months. Also, good luck getting through to customer service on the phone, no one ever seems to pick up

What's new

- Minor app improvements to increase performance
- Added a new “Co-Member” section to the account menu
- Improved date and time selection
