Origin By Wolf Residentes is a platform for managing condominiums, subdivisions, private homes, buildings, and areas where access control is required.

It offers the following features:

• Built-in notifications to keep residents informed.

• View account status and payment for maintenance, extraordinary fees, and penalties.

• Resident comments and requests for management.

• Manage and reserve amenities with limited capacity or quotas.

• Create QR codes for VISITS (regular visits such as family visits, one-time visitors, move-ins, mass QR codes for events and parties, among other options). Visitors simply receive the QR code and can be granted access at the security booth! No more waiting in line for visitor information and waiting for their entry!
